Let's Get Through This Together...
During this time of turmoil and uncertainty, our world has been turned upside down. It can be difficult to adjust to these changes and adapt so quickly. While it is normal and expected to feel stressed during this time, talking with a psychologist can be helpful to ease some of your distress. I am committed to helping Edmontonians find balance in their lives and build a life worth living.
I care deeply about the wellbeing of our community members and am opening up my schedule to accommodate new clients. I am also offering a reduced fee for your first 2 sessions, so that you can see what counselling is like and if we are a good fit. Sessions will be via secure phone or video conferencing to respect the social distancing guidelines. Once guidelines are lifted, we can continue counselling remotely or in person.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or would like to schedule a session. I am happy to help!

Director of Solace Psychology
Specializing in counselling for children, teens, adults, families, and couples in Edmonton.
While life can have beautiful moments, life can also be filled with confusing experiences, deep pain and hurt, complicated relationships, and ongoing stressors. During the difficult times, you may feel overwhelmed, defeated, or alone. These hardships are not an indication of failure, but rather a turning point where guidance, support, and solace are needed. Reaching out for help can be hard and takes a lot of courage, but it is also a sign of strength and resilience.
At Solace Psychology, I am committed to helping you get through the tough, tiresome times, and not only so you can get by, but to also heal the core of your issues. You may have tried therapy before, but changes don’t last because the root of the problem was not actually worked on. I am passionate about working with you to create long-lasting change by using therapeutic modalities that are supported by research. At Solace Psychology, you have a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and accepted, no matter what you are going through. Clients often report that they notice a positive difference in their mental health after just a few sessions.
Anxiety, stress, depression, and loneliness don't have to control your life. Healing happens when these issues become lighter and fainter, and when they no longer control you.

Founder & Clinical Director
I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade in the Edmonton area with children, teens, adults, and their families.
I am passionate about helping people overcome their hardships and reconnect with their true selves again. To me, counselling is a collaborative relationship that helps people become empowered and more self-aware. My approach is person-centered, meaning that I acknowledge that each client brings their own unique experiences and strengths forward. I meet you where you are at in your healing journey and will tailor my approach to your specific needs and struggles.
I enjoy helping people overcome anxiety, stress, life imbalance, relationship difficulties, trauma, and depression. We will work together so that you can achieve overall health and wellness.
In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety. - Abraham Maslow
