During this time of turmoil and uncertainty, our world has been turned upside down. It can be difficult to adjust to these changes and adapt so quickly. While it is normal and expected to feel stressed during this time, talking with a psychologist can be helpful to ease some of your distress. I am committed to helping Edmontonians find balance in their lives and build a life worth living.

I care deeply about the wellbeing of our community members and am opening up my schedule to accommodate new clients. I am also offering a reduced fee for your first session, so that you can see what counselling is like and if we are a good fit. Sessions will be via secure phone or video conferencing to respect the social distancing guidelines. Once guidelines are lifted, we can continue counselling remotely or in person.

I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade in the Edmonton area with children, teens, adults, and their families.

I am passionate about helping people overcome their hardships and reconnect with their true selves again. To me, counselling is a collaborative relationship that helps people become empowered and more self-aware. My approach is person-centered, meaning that I acknowledge that each client brings their own unique experiences and strengths forward.
