We offer various talk therapy (process) groups as well as psychoeducational (skills) groups. We also offer shorter workshops for children, teens, adults, families or businesses. You will learn how to manage the struggles in your life while connecting with people who are dealing with similar circumstances. You will also receive helpful handouts along the way.

Groups use a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Therapy, and Art Therapy (children & teens), among others.
