Meet Adriana Wiebe
B.A., MASTERS LEVEL COUNSELLING INTERN THERAPIST
Welcome! I’m Adriana Wiebe, a Masters Level Counselling Intern Therapist at Solace Psychology & Wellness. I am soon to be a proud graduate of a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from City University of Seattle (Edmonton campus) and hold a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology from the University of Athabasca. I am also a member in good standing with the Psychologists Association of Alberta (PAA) – Student Member, and the Alberta Association for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.
Clinical Overview
Therapy for Children, Teens, Adults & Families
My goal when working with clients is to go beyond fostering an environment that provides a safe, inclusive and judgment-free space; but also where I can meet clients where they are at and foster a relationship of respect, trust and empathy; regardless of race, culture, age, gender or sexual orientation.
I have an extensive background working with children (ages 7+), teens and adults. I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related to Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD), attachment concerns, grief and loss, trauma, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emotional regulation, self-harm, depression and relationship concerns, as well as supporting any person within the LGBTQ2IA+ community.
My approach to therapy is integrative, meaning I tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs. I incorporate elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide effective and individualized support. I will work collaboratively with clients to empower them on their mental health and wellness journey by helping them work towards or achieve the goals they have set for themselves.

A Bit About Me
Outside of my work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends—whether that means playing a competitive round of Mario Kart or getting outside to enjoy some fresh air. I believe in the importance of balance and fun in life, and I bring that same energy into my approach to therapy.
