I offer a variety of massage treatments, including deep tissue treatment along with deep relaxation massage and hot stone massage. I provide sports massage, with experience working with the NHL. I also provide cupping treatments, as well as TMJ/intraoral treatments to help manage the pain associated with chronic headaches, migraines and tension. If you experience anxiety, stress or have been in a motor vehicle accident, you will likely find this type of massage to be very healing and restorative. If you are looking to detox your body, improve circulation and immunity, I recommend trying a lymphatic drainage treatment (for best results, book at least 3 weekly sessions).

Throughout my life, I have learned the importance of self-care and taking care of my mental health, as much as my physical health. I studied Psychology and Counselling in school, and I also completed my 200-hour Yoga Teaching Training in 2020.
