Meet Jennifer Fudali
M.A.C.P., B.Ed., Canadian Certified Counsellor, EMDR Therapist
Hello! I’m Jennifer Fudali, a Canadian Certified Counsellor here at Solace Psychology & Wellness. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Degree from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Education Degree through the University of Alberta. I work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and client-centred approach. I integrate evidence-based and relational therapies, including EMDR, parts-informed, and Emotional approaches, to support clients in feeling safer, more regulated, and more connected to themselves and others.
I work with children, teens, and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, trauma, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
Clinical Overview
Therapy for Children & Teens
Childhood and adolescence can bring big emotions, worries, and challenges that feel overwhelming for both kids and their caregivers. I work with children and teens who are experiencing anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emotional regulation difficulties, attachment challenges, low self-esteem, social stress, and the impacts of stressful or overwhelming life experiences.
My approach is warm, developmentally appropriate, and grounded in attachment and trauma-informed care. With children, I integrate play-based, relational, and body-based strategies to help them express themselves, build emotional awareness, and feel safe.
With teens, I offer a supportive space to explore emotions, identity, relationships, and coping skills while fostering resilience, confidence, and self-understanding. When appropriate, I collaborate with parents and caregivers to support growth both in and outside of sessions.
Therapy for Adults
I work with adults navigating anxiety, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), trauma, burnout, parenting support, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the lasting effects of past experiences. Many of the adults I support feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward after long periods of stress or relational strain.
My work with adults is client-centred, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused. I draw from approaches such as Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and parts-informed therapy to help clients feel more grounded, develop insight into their patterns, and build a greater sense of safety and self-compassion. Together, we work at a pace that feels manageable, supporting meaningful change and emotional well-being.

A Bit About Me
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, and traveling when I can. I’m drawn to spaces that feel calm and grounding—especially near the water—and I value experiences that encourage reflection and connection. These interests support my belief in balance and self-care, which I bring into my work with clients in a thoughtful and compassionate way.
